How we process your personal data, and your rights.
This notice explains how Atmaca Hindicilik (“Atmaca Hindicilik”), as data controller, processes your personal data on atmacaglobal.com, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of the Obligation to Inform.

3. How we collect data
We collect your data electronically: when you fill in the forms on the site, and automatically through cookies and server logs while you visit it.
4. Who we share data with
- Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting, database, e-mail and content delivery network): all data on the site, to provide the service. The servers are abroad, in the European Union.
- Google LLC, only when you play a video (YouTube), press “Show map” (Google Maps) or accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics): your IP address and browser details, to show that content or for statistics. Google’s servers are abroad, including in the USA.
Transfers abroad are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Form notifications reach our company mailbox through Hostinger’s mail server.
5. How long we keep data
- Quote and contact records: 2 years from the last action on them; deleted automatically at the end of that period.
- Session cookie and session record: 2 hours.
- Application error logs: 14 days.
- Backups: a deleted record drops out of our backups within 6 weeks at the latest.
- Analytics cookies: under the conditions in section 2, for the periods in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may apply to us to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about it if so,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate,
- ask for it to be erased or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- ask for corrections, erasure and destruction to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
You may send your application in writing, in Turkish, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

Please state your name, Turkish ID number (for foreigners: nationality and passport/ID number), postal address for notices, e-mail and phone if any, and your request. We will answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If you find our answer insufficient, you may complain to the Board.
