Production
A controlled, recorded and traceable production chain.
A healthy turkey flock starts long before the first egg is set. Our production process is a chain of connected steps, from caring for breeder flocks to delivering poults, and each step shapes the quality of the next.
-
1Breeder Turkeys
Production is built on breeder flocks whose health is monitored regularly. Flocks are raised with appropriate housing, balanced nutrition and veterinary supervision, and egg production and flock health are recorded on an ongoing basis.

2Incubation
Hatching eggs are collected frequently, graded and stored under suitable conditions. Throughout the roughly 28-day process in our hatchery, temperature, humidity and turning are carefully controlled.

3Poults
After hatch, every poult is checked for vitality, navel healing and leg health. Poults ready for dispatch leave as soon as possible in ventilated boxes.

4Growing
Grower turkeys are raised with age-appropriate temperature, ventilation and a phased feeding program. Growth, feed intake and flock health are monitored regularly.
